20-30 days for molds less than 1 ton

Yes,1) If accurate product drawing is available,attach 2D product drawing with tolerance and 3D product drawing; 2) If you have accurate sample, if there are no drawings or only sketches, please provide the final sample,we will arrange to make a DFM report to send to you for confirmation, and then design the mold.

1. First of all,according to your product design and specific requirements,we will provide you with the most reasonable quotation,and provide reliable suggestions and improvement programs for your product design.

2. After the order is confirmed,our project engineer will start to provide you with a detailed DFM report,including the improvement plan of the product structure.

3. In the mold design and manufacturing stage,your project engineer in GP MFG will follow up the whole process and provide you with the mold progress report and mold processing photos every week.

4. Before sending samples,after passing the engineering test of GP MFG project OK, provide the parameters of mold trial, video of mold trial, flow channel and T1 sample, and deliver the T1 sample to you for inspection.

5. If there is any problem with the sample during your inspection, our team will find out the reasons and solutions and make improvements,and provide T2 sample again for you to check until the mold or sample is confirmed. Until the mold acknowledges it.

6. If the mold will be mass-produced in our factory,we will provide the limit sample and report to the customer for confirmation,so as to ensure smooth packaging and mass production

7. We will provide product composition, FAI and chemical safety certificate to customers when shipping.

We have to do regular tooling using routine preventive maintenance to ensure the performance of normal production. Maintenance will include regular lubrication as well as all other moving parts, and cleaning of cavity and core surfaces. Most importantly, we will provide you with lifetime maintenance of the mold at no extra cost!

Yes, for some relatively simple structure of the product, through the product photo for quotation. Please send us photos of all sizes and tell us the material and weight of the product. If the part is of complex construction and you do not have the CAD design, you can send the sample to us by express so that we can give you a sample quote.

In the mold industry,the life grade of the mold is divided into:100 thousand times,300 thousand times,500 thousand times and 1 million times.The die life is related to the die steel,which is selected according to the plastic material,the surface treatment of the parts and the potential production quantity.

Each mold has a design and actual service life.Design service life will be indicated on the quotation sheet.How can we ensure the life of the mould?When the mold is put into GP MFG for injection/die casting,we are responsible for mold maintenance and repair to ensure the design life of the mold.

Mold exported to customers in your country or region,in the correct use of die mold and regular maintenance,the service life of the actual can completely meet the design service life,a failure if the life of the mold in a reasonable period,our project engineer will evaluate the replacement parts or mold repair solution,will arrange manufacture and send again.
